| We hear this all the time. In this instance it was said by ClayZ90TT. It is seen as an insult but has anybody ever really looked at the historic data of sheep and a shepherd? Sheep would often wander astray. When they were away from the herd, they were susceptible to danger. The shepherd would then go out and look for the sheep. If he found the sheep, he would break its leg, throw it around his neck, and bring it back into the fold. The sheep would then be totally defenseless and unable to move. The shepherd would then tend to the sheep and nurse it back to health. This ensured the sheep would not wander astray again but it was also not left to its own devices. It may have seemed brutal to break its leg but the shepherd was actually showing the most extreme love possible by protecting it from itself and the dangers of the outside. The sheep, after being mended by the shepherd, now had a new found trust in the shepherd and a safety that it never knew. To be called a sheep of TT.NET is an honor in a way. TT.NET is the fold of safety. Knowledge is that safety. When one goes outside and is susceptible to danger, the vets (knowledgeable enthusiasts) break their legs, give them as much knowledge as they can, and try to let them see the safety so that the hobby can survive unmolested and the least amount of people possible will fall to the wayside. Sorry, I'm a bit bored this Sunday morning in the Arabian Gulf and that linked post spurred this thought.
----------------------------------------------------- Never Play Leapfrog With A Unicorn!!! Do yourself a favor and just worry about your own car. I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway. If someone else wants to perform a modification that you believe will destroy the value, cheapen the Z32 or whatever you can't sit on your hands about, wouldn't that make your tastefully-modified, white bread Z32 more rare and valuable? -- BradZ (FL) on December 23, 2007 at 12:19 PM The unicorn gets its revenge... -- Scotts94z32 on September 19, 2006 at 11:12 AM CLICK FOR DETAILS ABOUT BUYING A ZAMA POSTER!!!!
